	Going running for as long as I can stand to today... shooting for about 16 miles.... got the cooles girl ever biking it with me. Why do we do these sort of things to ourselves? Who knows. Then I am going to take my bike apart some more. Time to start building the new one and make it look like I know what I am doing. The end.
